Quali dati trattiamo
- Modulo di richiesta: nome, email o numero di telefono, date di arrivo e partenza, numero di ospiti, presenza di un cane e il testo del messaggio.
- Contatti diretti: i dati che ci invii se ci scrivi via email o WhatsApp.
- Dati tecnici di navigazione: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser e data/ora di accesso, registrati automaticamente dal servizio di hosting per il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito. Per proteggere il modulo dagli abusi conserviamo inoltre, per un’ora, solo un’impronta cifrata (hash) dell’indirizzo IP di chi lo invia.
Il modulo non richiede dati particolari (es. salute): ti chiediamo di non inserirli nel messaggio.
Perché e su quale base
- Rispondere alla tua richiesta di disponibilità e prezzo e, se prenoti, gestire il soggiorno: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali e del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Adempiere a obblighi di legge legati al soggiorno (es. fiscali e di comunicazione degli ospiti all’autorità di pubblica sicurezza): obbligo legale (art. 6.1.c).
- Garantire il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito (dati tecnici): legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f).
Il conferimento dei dati del modulo è facoltativo, ma senza nome e un recapito non possiamo risponderti. Non usiamo i tuoi dati per marketing, profilazione o decisioni automatizzate.

Questo sito non usa cookie né altri strumenti di tracciamento, tecnici o di profilazione, e non integra servizi di analisi statistica. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul nostro server: la navigazione non invia dati a Google o ad altri terzi.
A chi comunichiamo i dati
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting del sito e elaborazione della richiesta inviata dal modulo), che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. Cloudflare è una società statunitense: l’eventuale trasferimento verso gli USA è coperto dal EU-US Data Privacy Framework e dalle clausole contrattuali standard.
- Resend, Inc. (invio via email del messaggio del modulo alla nostra casella), che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. Resend è una società statunitense: il trasferimento è coperto dal EU-US Data Privacy Framework e dalle clausole contrattuali standard.
- IONOS SE (casella di posta info@roghiapartments.it su cui riceviamo le richieste), come responsabile del trattamento.
- WhatsApp e Airbnb: se scegli di contattarci o prenotare tramite questi servizi, il trattamento avviene secondo le loro informative, in qualità di titolari autonomi.
I dati non vengono venduti né diffusi.
Recensioni degli ospiti
Nella pagina riportiamo alcune recensioni lasciate su Airbnb, con il nome come appare lì, il mese e il testo. Le riproduciamo senza modifiche nel senso, sulla base del legittimo interesse a far conoscere l’esperienza degli ospiti (art. 6.1.f). Se vuoi che la tua recensione non compaia sul sito, scrivici a info@roghiapartments.it e la rimuoviamo.
Minori
Il sito non è rivolto ai minori e il modulo va compilato da una persona maggiorenne. Se nel soggiorno ci sono minori, i loro dati ci vengono comunicati dall’adulto che prenota, solo per quanto richiesto dagli obblighi di legge sul soggiorno.
Per quanto tempo
Le richieste che non si trasformano in prenotazione vengono cancellate entro 12 mesi. I dati legati a un soggiorno sono conservati per il tempo previsto dagli obblighi di legge (per i documenti fiscali, 10 anni). I dati tecnici di navigazione sono conservati dal fornitore di hosting (Cloudflare) per il periodo previsto dai suoi termini, limitato alla sicurezza del servizio. Il messaggio inviato dal modulo transita da Resend, che conserva un registro degli invii secondo le proprie impostazioni di conservazione.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, e opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15–22 GDPR), scrivendo a info@roghiapartments.it. Hai inoltre diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

What data we process
- Enquiry form: name, email or phone number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, whether you are bringing a dog, and your message.
- Direct contact: the data you send us if you write by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and date/time of access, logged automatically by the hosting provider to run and secure the site. To protect the form from abuse we also keep, for one hour, only an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of the sender’s IP address.
The form does not ask for special categories of data (e.g. health): please do not include them in your message.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your availability and price enquiry and, if you book, managing your stay: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Meeting legal obligations tied to the stay (e.g. tax, and reporting guests to the police authority as Italian law requires): legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
- Keeping the site running and secure (technical data): legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Filling in the form is optional, but without a name and a way to reach you we cannot reply. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies or other tracking tools, technical or otherwise, and no analytics. Fonts are served from our own server: browsing the site sends no data to Google or any other third party.
Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and processing of the request sent through the form), acting as data processor. Cloudflare is a US company; any transfer to the US is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Resend, Inc. (emailing the form message to our mailbox), acting as data processor. Resend is a US company; the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- IONOS SE (the info@roghiapartments.it mailbox where we receive enquiries), as data processor.
- WhatsApp and Airbnb: if you choose to contact us or book through them, your data is handled under their own privacy policies, as independent controllers.
Your data is never sold or published.
Guest reviews
The page quotes some reviews left on Airbnb, with the name as shown there, the month and the text. We reproduce them without altering their meaning, on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing guests’ experience (Art. 6.1.f). If you would like your review removed from the site, write to info@roghiapartments.it and we will take it down.
Children
The site is not aimed at children and the form must be filled in by an adult. If children are staying, their data is given to us by the adult who books, only as far as the legal obligations tied to the stay require.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. Data tied to a stay is kept for as long as the law requires (10 years for tax records). Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for the period set by its terms, only for the security of the service. The message sent through the form passes through Resend, which keeps a log of sent emails under its own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@roghiapartments.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
